Committee of Antimatter Cancelled

Antimatter

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but today 5pb. has officially announced that the Committee of Antimatter Sequel Novel is no longer being worked on, and the project has been completely scrapped. While no specific reason is given, they cite various production problems as being the ultimate cause of cancellation. This is likely because of the repeated delays, rumored difficulty with the plot and the fact that the artist is currently busy with a magazine serialization.

Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do, Committee of Antimatter is now officially off the table.

Well that certainly hurts… Is there any chance of them picking the project up again though? I’m kind of being desperate right now… After all this hype, I feel so disappointed…

That is so unfair for us fans. We’ve been waiting for months patiently. They already postponed it three times and now cancelled? Looks like that artist will always have a problem. Why did they give us false hope?
I’m complaining too much but only because S;G is currently the only Anime I’m following and I really love it. I hope there’s a chance other artist picks it up.

Great, just when I was happy that there will be actual sequel, I wanted to see how all cast was doing after major story, but now it’s a hopeless dream again.
Way to ruin Christmas and New Year.

What?! This is too shocking to me. This must be caused by some sort of organization interference. They wont get away with this!

If this is the choice of Stein’s Gate, so be it. Sad.

Maybe it’s for the better. Since the anime/movie ended so perfectly, hype would rose up, and if it fails to sate the audience, their sales would be bad, and it’s bad for the producer/company.
Well, also not to taint the perfectness of Steins;Gate, since they said they had a bit difficulty on writing the plot, where this LN/Anime best at.

It seems there was no Committee of Antimatter world line…. Perhaps there’s a better divergence out there….

Perhaps there was a disturbance in the very World Line that makes up the Steins;Gate universe. Whomever thinks Steins;Gate is fictional is blinded by their own willingness to accept that this is the one and only world line. All anime, manga, films, are just peoples strange dreams at one point, but with enough comparisons you’ll find that those dreams bear striking resemblances to reality. Some will call things such as the Bowie and Alan Rickman appearing in the same episode coinciding with their deaths being close by as well as the many other simpsons predictions as mere flukes. Meaning there have been more flukes, glitches, in the system for a while. Perhaps they have their basis on the lives and potential realities of our own universe. Dreams, for some, aren’t merely reflections of reality but a mirror across the very boundary of time in which we view our potential lives or situations to which reality could, and eventually does go down.
